How to update your information on your Insurance Policy with AIL of New Zealand Ltd.

It is recommended that you contact AIL of New Zealand Ltd as our Client Services Department can provide you with instructions on how to update your information, send you the required forms that need to be completed and inform you of the additional documentation that may be required depending on the change requested.

• All changes are processed by American Income Life Insurance Company.
• The process varies for different types of changes.
• The processing times vary depending on the change requested.
• It may be necessary for us to request additional information in order to process your change.

Below you will find the required forms regarding different types of change requests.

If you are wanting to make a change, such as changing your name, your address, your beneficiary, your contact details and/or any miscellaneous changes, you need to fill out a Policy Owner Service form.

If you are wanting to claim on a Strike waiver, or a Redundancy waiver, please download and fill out the appropriate form.

To make a payment via Debit Success

Enter your Debit Success ACCOUNT REFERENCE
Enter your LAST NAME

Select Method of payment:

• Credit Card – this is any VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit or debit card
• Direct Transfer from any major NZ Bank, using your Online Banking portal

• Login into Online Banking with your preferred Bank
• Search for a payee and start typing:  American Income Life Insurance Company  We are saved as a preferred payer with most major NZ banks.
• Enter the $ amount you want to transfer.
• Type your Primary Policy number in the Particulars
• Type your Last name and First name in Reference – ie Smith, Joe
• Confirm payment
